David Shillington’s business ‘Well Being Code’ focuses on sports-related storytelling to deliver mental health education to uplift communities, build culture, nurture leadership and unlock performance.
Besides playing Rugby League for my beloved Roosters – David played at the highest level representing Queensland in State of Origin and playing for the Kangaroos.
David’s dream is to normalise mental health conversations, reduce the stigma, inspire help-seeking behaviours and educate families, friends and work colleagues about the warning signs and the support that is available.
