The power of Australian Owned was on show when Councillor Adam Allan visited AUSMV facility at Brendale.

Australian Owned founder Eddie Kocwa aims to strengthen local communities through jobs and investment, contributing to Australia’s long-term prosperity.

Cr Adam Allan got the full tour yesterday of SCD Remanufactured Vehicles/AUSMV – Australian Manufactured Vehicles before we sat down to discuss how the Brisbane City Council can search for Australian Owned companies for procurement of goods and services.

As Eddie says the Council is currently doing a great job in sourcing from local companies but the next step will be to support Australian Owned companies where possible which not only create jobs but ensure we as a nation have control and retain profits.

This ultimately helps fund the important services most other countries dream to have.

Thank you Cr Allan for your visit to learn more about how Australian Owned can support local Brisbane businesses who employ local people.

The BiVACOR heart is a mechanical device that can replace a mammalian heart. It uses a single spinning disk, suspended in a magnetic field, to pump blood around the body and back to the lungs.
Unlike other mechanical hearts already in clinical use, it’s designed to be a lifelong solution, not a stopgap device to keep patients alive until a compatible donor organ becomes available.
