Win Win Outcomes shared the earn and learn benefits of the Federal Government’s Boosting Apprenticeship Commencement scheme – 50% wage subsidy for eligible staff who can be upskilled with industry relevant training. Steele was stoked and wanted to use part of the wage subsidy to fund training courses for Ella and Patrick.
My client network went into overdrive and Richard Brown from BROWNS Professional undertook the training and Christine Zechowski from MRAEL signed up and will mentor Ella and Patrick during their traineeship.
Finally, Luke Howarth MP Assistant Minister for Employment Services and Youth made a special visit to Thor to encourage Ella and Patrick as they start of their careers.
